Introduction: I am a licensed clinical social worker that wants to help you feel better about yourself and to have a better life. Often, life presents us with challenges that can be overwhelming. I believe that therapy can effectively help you to navigate through those challenges. Therapy allows you to learn more about yourself. Often unhealthy thinking, lack of coping skills or learned behaviors prevent you from making important decisions and moving forward in your life. In therapy, we will work together to examine these patterns, so that you can gain a better understanding of yourself and learn how to create the life you want. My goal is to help you feel empowered to overcome obstacles and have more satisfaction in your life.
