FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly, based upon a recommended coaching package which meets a client's individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer all potential new clients a complimentary first call to get to know one another and make sure we are a great coach and client match. Then we start working on a multi-step process which includes clients identifying the ideal self, life and career they aspire to, discovering the gaps between this ideal self and the real person they are, right now, and then creating an action and learning plan to close those gaps and reach the milestones that they identify as their success. Comprehensive career services, including resume preparation, LinkedIn tutorials, cover & follow up letter writing, mock-interviewing, networking and job search strategies are also provided upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold two coaching certifications - I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained by The Coaches Training Institute (CT)) and also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have a certificate in resume and cover letter writing from The University of Maryland. In addition, I have trained with Johnson and Johnson's Institute of Human Performance, Case Western Reserve University, and Landmark Education. My current clients include The Workforce of the state of Connecticut where I teach career services classes, the Flatiron School of New York where I am a member of the career coaching team, and private clients seeking to grow their professional lives.
