Introduction: I believe your photography session is your day. I am dedicated to capturing it completely so you can treasure those small special moments for the rest of your life, whether it's a portrait of your dog, your birthday party or your wedding day.
My approach is different than most. I will document the story of your event as it unfolds naturally with a journalistic approach. I work mostly with natural light as I believe it will give the image the most natural and true look. I always meet with my clients and discuss in detail so I can give them exactly what they are looking for. I can create custom packages to accommodate your budget.

I needed pictures to post on a website. i hadn't taken pictures in many years, and I am a senior. I am very sensitive to how I look and who I am at this stage of my life. Anna-Maria was so considerate. She took many shots, and she spent a lot of time helping me refine the pictures. She was always reachable, and had wonderful advice. Besides being very talented, she is a lovely person.

I hired Anna-Maria to take some professional photos/headshots for LinkedIn. I chose her because she offered the most reasonable rate, was in a great location, offered a change of clothing, and emphasized her preference for using natural outdoor lighting for headshots (it really makes a difference!). She is very talented and put me at ease right away by guiding me throughout the photo shoot. She was also very accommodating when I made a special request in advance of the session. She took special care to do touch-ups and other editing features to make the high resolution photos the best they could be, and this attention to high quality really shined through. It did take me over three weeks to get my pictures on a CD due to a lab delay and then a very slow U.S. postal system, but that was an unusual situation that was largely out of Anna-Maria's control. I am very happy with the end results and would definitely work with her again!

I had a wonderful experience working with Anna-Maria. I wanted to have some memorable pictures with my 18-month old son and I looked on the Internet for a good photographer. I eventually decided to do the pictures with Stromberg Photography, because I loved the images on the website and after speaking with Anna-Maria on the phone I knew she was the right choice! Anna-Maria knew intuitively what I wanted to get out of the shoot and that I wanted to have pictures taken outside in a natural setting. She was really organized and professional and had a great ability to keep the baby interested in the shoot. It was really fun doing the session and the pictures turned out beautifully.
