I got scammed by MS Microsoft and wasn't able to get on any programs. He walked me through what he was doing and what the others had done and what to look out for in future. I was very upset, he calmed me down and fixed my computer. thanks again for your help.

Absolutely the best choice I could have made to fix my computer. I was at the point of purchasing a new product (and I’m sure the retail industry would have gladly supported that choice) but decided to try Thumbtack. Working with Gene was so great! He responds very quickly and is extremely helpful, on top of fixing my computer faster and cheaper than other options, he even helped me find a case for my computer! Eugene has been very patient and helpful. I have had a really peculiar and persistent hardware issue with my laptop that had really been bugging me. He was very meticulous and thorough when assessing the problem and resolved the problem within a short span on site. Before meeting him I was in the phone with him for more than three hours(yes, three) where he was trying a software fix for my laptop. Really shows how thorough and patient of a person he is. His service charge was extremely reasonable for the amount of time he spent on my issue and I highly recommend Eugene as the man to solve any issues with your computer.
