Stephanie is a very professional and pleasant house cleaner!
When she first arrived, she made sure to ask me if there was anything in particular I wanted her to focus on. She was open to all of my suggestions and then followed through adequately. She didn’t seem to work too fast or too slow.
At the end she asked me if I wanted to look around and if there was anything else I wanted her to do. I looked around and saw one thing I wanted her to do which she then did graciously. Thank you!

Simply put, Spotless Cleaners was amazing! Stephanie showed up on time and made quick work of cleaning up my dirty home. The price quoted was more than fair, and the work was impeccable. I couldn't believe she was able to get my carpets as clean as she did!

The specifics of what was to be cleaned were never gone over- they simply sent a very young woman by herself to clean a 2400 sq ft house that she had never been to before.
I feel that without a doubt, the job should have been discussed in full detail prior to the sending of a single employee.
In addition, there is no question that to properly clean my house to any kind of a standard requires two people.
In order to lift and move rugs and shake them out and vacuum and then mop, you need two people - or one person for like 8-10 hours. I had three and a half bath rooms to be cleaned plus a very large great room, etc.
When Thumbtack came back with $420 for the job, I thought, okay, a lot of money but I have a lot of house and the second floor, where my mom lives, needs deep cleaning.
The person who cleaned worked hard and did indeed clean, but 4.5 hours for $420 is incredibly poor value- $100/hour? Crazy!
