What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not offer package deals. I do send marketing coupons through the year once I have seen you a few times. I also offer more time sessions to help with a budget...30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 75 minutes and 90 minutes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a health intake form to be filled out and then a short conversation to discuss health issues/concerns and the goals for treatment plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing Education has become mandatory in New York State. I love learning so I look forward to choosing topics and techniques that I haven't experienced as of yet.
