- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on location, requirements for service and time frame. However, our prices are very competitive. We provide superior work for a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a fully staffed office and cater to our clients. A client will not call our office between 9 and 5 and get a voice mail. The telephone will be answered by one of our experienced, knowledgeable staff members, who will take the time to discuss your needs and assist you with the task at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the Business Manager of Rondout Legal Services. I am a paralegal and have been working in legal since 1975 and opened Rondout Legal in 1989 with my partner, Robert J. Letus. He has been a process server since 1988. I am a sitting Officer (Secretary) of the New York State Professional Process Servers' Association, and both myself and my partner hold the designation of "NYCPS" (New York Certified Process Server) due to our regular participation in continuing education. We know the statutes governing service of various types of papers and track changes in statute and case law as a regular task of our business.
