After contacting Bill of BT Climate, he responded within minutes to set-up an appointment the next morning. Bill was right on time the next morning to evaluate and see how he could improve my current heating system. The next day Bill provided several choices with very fair pricing. Bill was the only person who followed up with me a week later to address any questions or concerns. It was the correct decision to move forward with Bill. Bill was always courteous and professional and provided impeccable customer service. I would definitely recommend and hire BT Climate again for any HVAC services.

worked with alot of subcontractors over the years and this company gets 10 stars...responed and showed up on time for appt and gave me options on installing CAC. worked with me on pricing and showed up as he said and finished on time and cleaned up after himself....100% will hire again when needed.

Within minutes of submitting a request on Thumbtack Billy immediately responded and we setup a time to meet. He took the time to understand my needs and provided a recommendation and quote the next day. His team arrived on time and was professional throughout the day. Despite some weather that came through mid job putting a stop to work, Billy rescheduled to finish the job during the holiday weekend. End result. Billy was very thorough in his troubleshooting process. Swapped out the motherboard and the problem of my fan not turning off was fixed. Billy was an affable character and seemed knowledgeable in his craft. Price was also reasonable. I’d recommend BT hvac to anyone who wants a fast yet efficient repair.
