I can't give even 1 star. I was extremely disappointed with Jennifer's cleaning. She does not move items, she just wipes around them. Her mopping is very poor and items aren't moved to do that either. Ex. Bathroom floor poorly mopped without moving garbage can, scale and magazine rack. She didn't wipe down my counters or stainless steel. I emptied the refrigerator for her to sanitize. I found so many missed spots. I had to spend 2 hours cleaning my place after she left. I was so very disappointed in her extremely sub par work. 1 BDRM apt. 2 hours. $70. Never again. I would never recommend Jennifer to anyone. She definetly misrepresented herself. I hope this helps save someone from making this poor hiring choice.

Sorry you feel this way, I did do all that in the bathroom, you asked me to do the fridge after you told me no then you said you would clean it out. I do not touch peoples personal stuff. Also when I was done I asked you to overlook what I did all you told me was something in the bathtub that I missed because I dud not want to touch your belongings. You should have told me there what I missed when I asked you to take alook. As for the counters I did wipe them down, we also spoke about the next time I would come I would bring the correct items for the jobs you agreed. To say I misrepresented myself is your opinion, I am who I am have done other jobs with no problem. You also told me the fridge looked great when you where putting the items back in the fridge, you didn't want me to clean it first then you did. Thanks for the time, but to leave a review like this is not something I thought would have been done since when I left your home we made another date for another cleaning.
