Nutrition and fitness need to be lifestyles, not fads. Good heath is approached through education and mindset. My approach to wellness is a myriad of nutrition, exercise and perspective. I teach to empower my clients and patients to take control of their health and enjoy the benefits of doing so. I am a licensed chiropractor for over 14 years, a mother, a health coach, and I am in better health in my forties than I was in my twenties.
