I want to help you achieve your goals for your dog. I offer classes, in basic and advanced training for adult dogs and puppies. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 15 dollars per hour, classes meet once a week for six weeks for approximately one hour. Specialized training is negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first appointment is a conversation about your goals and an assessment of your dogs skills and how you work with your dog. Then I develop a training program to help you reach your goals. Classes are once a week for six weeks. Classes usually last an hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: 2010 Present / Life is Golden LLC., Customer service based small business, Canine partnering via teamwork training, skill building and leadership development. Oversee aspects of running a business, training service dogs. Kennel management, budget and billing, inventory control, health and care of canines, training staff, organizing and scheduling, setting and reaching goals. 2013 Bergin University of Canine Studies, Santa Rosa Ca.
