There was decades old water damage to the floor by the shower with a very real concern of falling through the floor. Colin was upfront about that it would take to get done right and be built to last. The was zero price gouging and we were provided with options that would meet our budget without sacrificing style and what we wanted. Everything was completed down to the beams themselves. It’s safe to say the finished product is now the nicest room in the house. Colin even surprised us and gifted us with a shower curtain, towels, mat and soap dispenser that not only goes with the holiday but also matched the style and colors of our bathroom perfectly. I am beyond please with the quality or work delivered by LMHI. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone."See more
