FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Apostille pricing reflects the time, expertise, and multiple steps required to ensure your document is processed correctly and accepted internationally. Unlike a simple notarization, an apostille involves county, state, and sometimes federal-level authentication, which requires in-person submissions and handling government fees. Our pricing includes all necessary processing, travel to government offices, and expedited handling to prevent delays. While mailing an apostille yourself can take 6-8 weeks, we complete the process within days. The first document is $225, with each additional document at $150, and expedited services available for urgent requests. Bulk discounts and custom quotes are available for law firms, businesses, and immigration agencies. Reach out anytime for more details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make the apostille process simple and stress-free. Here’s what to expect when working with us: 1. Initial Consultation – You provide details about your document(s) and the country requiring the apostille. We confirm requirements and give you a clear quote upfront. 2. Document Review & Notarization (If Needed) – We verify whether your document needs notarization before authentication. If required, we provide notary services as part of the process. 3. County & State Authentication – For NYC-issued documents, we obtain the necessary County Clerk authentication before submitting them to the New York Department of State for the apostille. 4. Processing & Expedited Options – Standard processing takes 3-4 business days, but we offer 1-business day expedited services for urgent cases. 5. Delivery & Completion – Once the apostille is completed, we arrange for pickup, shipping, or secure electronic delivery depending on your needs.
