I'm so very glad that I found Michelle as a yoga instructor. I can say that her classes are so well done. Each class is a different experience. There is no pressure and she always makes you feel so comfortable on and off the mat. Because of her I'm able to feel comfortable to try different inversions and poses. She knows how to help each student reach their potential. In addition, she has amazing playlists which helps the flow. Lastly, she includes humor which makes every class a fun time.
