- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront pricing and the ability to add on services at any time. We require 50% down at the time the contract is signed and the service is booked, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Smaller or larger jobs may require a different agreement that is suitable for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically begin with a quick phone or email conversation about what it is that you are looking for. We will then set a time to come visit your property so that you we can take our measurements and speak with you in more detail, if you desire. Once we return a quote to you, and you can accept, you will sign your contract, place your deposit and we will schedule the project as requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in the landscape/hardscape field, with specific material knowledge pertaining to both residential and commercial properties.
