We needed a couch and love seat removed from our 2nd floor apartment. He ran a few minutes late but contacted me which was no problem. Took them less than 10 minutes, no bumping on the walls, no tracking in dirt, etc. Just very pleasant and professional. Awesome job!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following first contact we provide a quote based on the information provided. We keep them updated as to any minor changes in arrival time. We show up and put a smile on their face. Payment is due following complete satisfaction of the service(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We taught ourselves. Frankly, it's not rocket science. We focus on being careful and treating your furniture and residence as if it were our own. You will find us to be very friendly, patient and cooperative.
