Introduction: I offer on-site or cooked-to-deliver southern-style BBQ served with our western flare. I am specializing in ribs, chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and your traditional pig roasts complete with all the fixings. We do offer many meals Gluten Free. Always glad to do a tasting menu for clients who are not sure what they want I have basic packages starting at $15.00 per plate.
