Well unfortunately for me, James assured me he would arrive for the job the previous day. Come the day of the job, 2 hours after the start time, he chats me on Thumbtack and says he got in a van accident while on the way here. So he says he needs more time to get to me - I respond with "That's fine to get here when you can, we hope you are ok." After that, there was no more contact from him at all. We had to assume at some point that he was no longer coming. Long story short, wasted a precious day on him ... I would not recommend him.

I am sorry that I let this client down. I got into an accident or the way to the job and was unable to make it that day. That same night my best friends girlfriend committed suicide by hanging herself and I was caught up supporting my friend. It was a very emotional and stressful few weeks for my loved ones and I. I did let this client down and I feel terrible about it, but I only had one thing on my mind. I dont like this negative review but I do deserve it. I have a gold profile and all my other reviews are 5 stars so I don't think this one bad review which happened during a very traumatic experience which most people wouldn't understand how difficult something like this can be, does not reflect on my excellent professional status. Every single one of my clients have been 100% satisfied with my work and now call me directly before even putting in a request on thumbtack. Thank you
