Alex was a great! He diagnosed the issue along with other potential issues. We spoke about pricing and he was very fair. I had heating issues since I purchased my house. Had couple plumbers came none of them was trying to find the issue and giving me some cheap options to solve it. Alex he came the first time diagnosed the issue, added a velvet tried bleed air out and he found out the water flow is really slow, suggested me to change to a stronger pump circulator because the previous owner renovated the house messed up the pipes, it got too many loops that stopped the water flow to push through to some baseboards. He told me a stronger circulator would def help and saving me oil. He spent a whole at my house installed the circulator, bleed air, tested it and bleed out more air test it again. He is definitely very patient and professional of his work. One price don’t change doesn’t matter how many hours he actually spent. Now I’m finally got heat back to my living room and everything seems like running great. If any of you has plumbing issue I’d highly recommend Alex, guy like him deserves tons of business
