My elderly dad’s AC unit went on Fourth of July weekend. Alex was kind to come see it and see if he can fix it. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the parts until after the holiday. But Alex came on the next workday, got the original part from the manufacturer and fixed it and explained everything in detail and what I should do in the future to keep the unit running better.
