Spencer and his team were absolutely fantastic. Spencer is willing to work very hard to make your vision come to light, and he is extremely responsive and communicative in doing so. He is a consummate professional and made a difficult renovation much easier on us. On top of all of that, he did lovely work in our apartment, completely transforming an aged space into a beautiful apartment

We hired Modo Renovations to renovate our kitchen and two bathrooms, and everything turned out amazing. The quality of the work was excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. Spencer was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, guiding us through every detail and making sure each step was done right.
