Can do anything from estimating, to cost review analysis, to full service CM work doing a project from design to completion. Experience ranges from full buildings, to gut renovation of apartments, to small kitchen and bath renovations, to lobby rehabilitation projects. Knowledgeable in NYC and Westchester code. Experienced in dealing with co-op and condo boards and alteration agreements as well.

Spencer was amazing in how he exceeded my expectations. He would face-time with me at stores (no contractor does that) and was incredibly helpful by making design and product suggestions. He drew up plans ... a job usually done by an architect and was very prompt in getting back to me whenever I had a question or request. His workers do excellent work. I have referred him to several of my real estate clients enthusiastically. I will definitely use Modo/Spencer again!

I used Modo for two different houses and both experiences were great. Spencer helped me work out design ideas that were right for my taste. The workers were professional. They came on time and finished in a timely manner. I am really happy with my choice to have Modo create not just a house but a home.
