Spencer and his team were absolutely fantastic. Spencer is willing to work very hard to make your vision come to light, and he is extremely responsive and communicative in doing so. He is a consummate professional and made a difficult renovation much easier on us. Spencer and Modo Renovations just finished a major renovation on our basement (adding a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom), and the final result completely exceeded our expectations.
Spencer is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is incredibly responsive, professional, and transparent about every detail of the process. His crew did an excellent job with attention to detail in the craftsmanship is evident everywhere you look, and they handled all the permitting and infrastructure smoothly.
