Spencer and his team were absolutely fantastic. Spencer is willing to work very hard to make your vision come to light, and he is extremely responsive and communicative in doing so. He is a consummate professional and made a difficult renovation much easier on us. On top of all of that, he did lovely work in our apartment, completely transforming an aged space into a beautiful apartment

We worked with Modo Renovations to update the co-op unit we recently purchased, and could not be happier or more enthusiastic with their work. From day one, communication was clear and prompt. Spencer consistently listened to our needs, provided a comprehensive renovation plan, adjusted it as necessary, and constantly kept us updated. He took responsibility for coordinating with the co-op building and obtaining all required permits, making the renovation as stress-free as possible—a service we greatly appreciated. We were involved in every decision, and Spencer and his team consistently delivered their best, turning our vision for our new home into a wonderful reality. The quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly outstanding--exceeding expectations at every step of the way--and they kept to their promised timeline. Even after the major renovation was completed, the team continued to be responsive to our questions, maintaining strong communication and a willingness to help. We are so grateful to the Modo team for their excellence--truly a pleasure to work with them on this major renovation project. Having hired several professionals for previous homes, we can honestly say that this is the best experience we have had with any contractors. We would not hesitate to work with Modo Renovations again and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Spencer worked on my apartment in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and he did phenomenal work. I wasn’t well versed in renovation/construction, but Spencer was extremely patient and cooperative throughout the process. The apartment is beautiful and exceeded my every expectation. I would 100% recommend using Spencer for any renovation needs.

The team is extremely professional, experienced, considerate and respectful. Not only would I recommend them, but we are using them again.

It was a pleasure working with Spencer and his crew. They quickly and respectfully addressed all of my questions and concerns. They fully gutted and renovated my kitchen and bathroom, and both rooms exceeded the vision I had. Spencer was very open and honest and was full of suggestions and ideas when needed. They will definitely be contacted for any further needed work.
