Chris and his partner arrived at the agreed upon time. They looked over what I wanted done and we agreed his original estimate was fair. They then went to the store and purchased items I wanted to be used to decorate the outside of the house. Purchased items were not part of the estimate and I reimbursed Chris for the purchases. Chris and his partner spent the next few hours installing lights along the roof and around the house as well as installing some ground lighted decorations. They did a great job and were fun to interact with. They will be returning after the holidays to take everything down. This is also part of the price. I would recommend this company to others. Rick

Took $200 down, put in a concrete pad for the pellet stove install, and bought pvc pipe for the vent/flue. Then he disappeared. I've since been told I cannot use pvc pipe - huge fire hazard. having it installed by a company that sells stoves instead.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. Normally the price is roughly three times the cost of materials, depending on skill set needed and difficulty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure the customers understand the scope of work and that they are getting what they had hoped for. I also make sure they have a full understanding how much that work is going to cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I said Design. The school of Italian American masons, and oh yes lead abatement.
