- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide an itemized estimate that costs $400. If the customer decides to move forward, we will deduct the estimate from the final price. Our pricing is fair and honest and we provide a detailed contract so that the customer thoroughly understands the work that will be done to their home. We do offer referral discounts to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new client contacts us, we want to find out why they’re reaching out. Then we will schedule a day and time that works for us to send a truck to see what needs to be done and provide an estimate. If the client decides to move forward, we will set a time and day to start the work and an estimated time that we will finish. We require a 50% deposit before starting any job and the remaining balance once the work is done. If anything comes up that may require more material or additional repair work, we communicate it to the client before assuming that they will want us to do the additional work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The original owner has been doing roofing for over 45 years. About 6 years ago his son in law took over the operations of the business and has been continuing the companies reputation and growth.
