- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to meet with the client whether over the phone or in person and get a sense of the project and budget. The client will typically show me inspiration images that they like whether its a particular style or furniture piece, etc. I will measure the space and do some space planning, elevations, 3D images, whatever is needed to get the proposed design across to the client. Will propose color schemes, furniture, material options to the client. Will oversee deliveries and contractor work if the job entails that.I
