Introduction: My name is Scott and I have been cooking since I was 8. Being born during the era of the microwave TV dinner phenomena caused me to watch Julia Child on channel 13 to learn how to cook on my own. Twenty years of practice and recipe development has resulted in a unique combination of styles, ethnicities, and cultural preparations. With my catering you get the taste like your grandmother made it in a catering sized portion. Meticulous refinement of recipes allows me to recreate dishes on a large scale that maintain the taste of an individually prepared dish. My catering menu is only a sample of what I can prepare. Just as a virtuoso pianist can play anything, I can replicate or produce any dish, tasting, or multi course meal and presentation to exceed your every expectation. In fact, I often test and create multiple variations of dishes ahead of time if I am unfamiliar with a customer’s request.
I have been cooking and providing unique and one of a kind meals for family and friends since I was a child. In recent years I’ve elevated this to remote chef preparation of meals in the pursuit of providing world class meals for a variety of locations. Food can be prepared from scratch on site, or can be partially or completely prepared. I am available to stay on site for several days or just one meal. I can provide teaching lessons for couples, children or families. I can provide food shopping and multiple meal preparations for family getaways and provide food on demand throughout your stay. Diet limitations due to health or religion are completely respected and honored. Business or family oriented environments are both my strong points. I also have associates that can assist me in preparation and serving for larger or extended events. Remember anything is possible.
