Lisa is very professional and thoughtful therapist; she's very mindful of involving you in the process, and asks for feedback as the session goes along so that she applies just the right amount of pressure without causing discomfort. She makes sure you're comfortable and prepared beforehand, and offers advice on stretching & exercises that can help alleviate tension or improve overall posture & balance. I highly recommend Lisa as a therapist!
