- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For house calls I accept cash only, no insurance. If you come to my office in Far Rockaway Queens which in on the border of Nassau County I can accept your insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I come to your home I bring a treatment table and all the necessary equipment. With all new patients I take an evaluation and listen to your problems and set up some goals.
