Introduction: I don't use scales, measure body fat or use measuring tape. I design a program that fits each of my clients individual needs. I focus on their progress by how they feel, how they fit into their old jeans, how much healthier they are, how they can focus, how they are stronger, more confident and how their stress management has improved. I also encourage my clients to accept their bodies the way they are as well as the direction they are moving in. The best thing about my job is being able to help others. I assure that my clients achieve correct form, and enjoy the difference that makes, so they can feel better, stronger and happier.
