What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my prices are flat rate, which can be found on my website but because the price of technology changes so often please feel free to contact me with any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always, whether its going to trade shows, speaking with distributors, going to manufacturers trainings or just reading up and coming news in trade magazines. I always like to be a head of the game.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a love of electronics and about 8 years ago I was hired by a large consumer retail company as a salesman/ installation expert in the TV/Audio department. Through the years I have sharpened my skills and knowledge by staying on top of the technological curve and always challenging myself to learn more. Combining my knowledge of Home Theater, Audio, Networking, PCs, CCTV, Security Systems and other low voltage departments, it came to be that A.K. Security Systems was born.
