- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give customers a bid based on a guesstimate of hours required and place a cap price if they request an hourly rate price. My labor is $ 22. hr. plus travel expense. If the hourly rate is chosen I will guarantee a cap price at or below bid price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only thing to keep up with concerns remediation. The rules have not changed much but there are rules to be aware of.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was taught the profession by a good Christian man when I was a teenager. He taught me to work alongside him and pay attention to the details. I enjoyed learning from a pro and asked at least 50 questions the first week.
