Introduction: Life Flourish Coaching provides life and executive coaching to motivated, professional women who are ready to create the change they want for their life. Specialties include, but are not limited to, work/life balance and personal and professional development.
From the very first session, an individualized coaching agenda is designed for reaching your specific goals. We will work together to design a timeline and action plan that will work as the foundation of the coaching engagement. These are fluid, living plans that will be revisited throughout our sessions, as life events or new insights warrant change in the timeline, or even in the goal itself.
One of the greatest outcomes of coaching is to see the impact that one change will have on other areas of your life. This is something that we will be aware of and monitor, in order to identify the overall life change that is brought about by coaching.
