Josh installed a lighting fixture and recessed medicine cabinet in a small bathroom. Josh was professional, punctual, courteous and listened to my explanation of what I wanted. The finished job was excellent. Josh and I discussed other upcoming jobs I plan on having done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing system that is adequate for my line of work. Each project requires a consultation to ensure an accurate estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with a client and getting some basic information and work description, I provide an initial on site consultation and estimate. If the client decides to move forward at that point I give them a labor and material cost, provide any necessary paperwork, quotes, proposals, invoices, and contracts for review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training through the carpenters apprenticeship program in Albany local # 370. I have OSHA, and CPR Certifications. I have been in the industry for over 20 years.
