I hired him, he finally came and looked at it, and said it needed a part. He charged me $180.00 for diagnostic and service call, which I thought was way too high for not being fixed. Then he said the money was on hold for 21 days. It's been about a month haven't heard anything, this was for my 82 year old mother, needless to say she still washing by hand, I've been using Venmo for a long time, never had my money been on hold. Does not recommend!!!!!

well you make a payment that was on hold for 21 days so I couldn't purchase the part then you were supposed to purchase the part I'll call you numerous times you did not answer your phone so what I supposed to do just wait for you I have other customers that have that tend to
and then he has my number he could have called me plenty of times just like I attempted to call him numerous times it's just that he don't want to pay just like his mother said he don't want to get me a new washing machine he wants me to fix this old one
