- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering a 20% OFF on our packages for booking in 2022. We take pride in having top quality sound and lighting equipment, there are no shortcuts here. Because all of our equipment is in-house, our prices are very competitive. We want to assure you that you will get the 5 star show we promise every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients vision is always my priority, and bringing it to life is mine. establishing a relationship over the phone works best. We discuss details and figure out what we can do with the budget given; I always like to add value where I can. It’s important to me to always leave a lasting impression to all the guests invited, and so I always make suggestions to offer the perfect celebration for the occasion. I think my clients enjoy this process, because we really do make your dream celebrations come true!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve started in the world of music as a DJ. This was about 15 years ago, when i was taught how to sync the time of a record to another record in the apartment of my next door neighbor who was a cop. Since then I’ve been hooked. My passion for music has led me to start a monstrous entertainment company (Sound and Visual services), open a music studio where music of all genres comes to life, and led me down a career in Sound Engineering.
