Introduction: I believe that being a make-up artist is just that, being an artist! Each face is a work of art.
There is no "one style fits all" for make-up. I enjoy bringing out the best features on a face. I believe that you should not look like you are heavy in make-up but your natural beauty is enhanced and highlighted. Your make-up should fit for the occasion and the lighting you will be in. Make-up should not irritate your skin so I believe in proper hygiene with all my products and brushes. And by using top quality products.
I am a trained member of MacPro and have been training at MacPro NYC headquarters every season with classes taught be top, international make-up artists, for the past 4 years.
I absolutely love the training and love the work!
I enjoy the artistry of make-up and I enjoy making people happy and looking their best!

I am so grateful that I found Sandra to do the makeup for my daughter's wedding. I was having trouble finding a makeup artist that I felt confident to hire for our entire wedding party. When I found Sandra's site and read that she was affiliated with Mac makeup I was delighted as I love their makeup. It turns out that she used the Mac air brush tool for some of us and went more natural on others. We all looked gorgeous! Sandra is extremely talented. She was able to make the younger girls in the wedding party look beautiful with the modern makeup trends of the day and then transition to making myself, a middle aged woman, and my mother look elegant. I highly recommend Sandra as a makeup artist for any event. I will be using her again and again!

I have used Sandra's makeup service for several special events and occasions. I like to experiment with different looks! She really listens to what I wanted and always achieved the look that I was going for. She's meticulous us about making sure that I am happy with the end result. One of my favorite looks is a smokey eye and wearing false eyelashes and she does that with ease! She uses top quality products and everything is
immaculate.

Sandra did my makeup for my junior prom, and it was exactly what I wanted and more. She brought out my best features and made me look absolutely fantastic and still like myself. The colors that she used were completely complimentary to my skin tone and eye color. Her makeup made me feel so much more special than the makeup I usually wear to an event. I received so many compliments. She is an excellent makeup artist that I would recommend to anyone!

I recently engaged the services of Sandra Lucas to do my makeup whilst visiting New York for a special event. I found her to be extremely professional and was very pleased with the result. Sandra used the airbrush machine and colors that complimented my skin and eyes. She also applied fake eyelashes that looked very subtle with great skill. I also noticed the fact that the brushes used were immaculately clean and hygienic. I would definitely recommend Sandra to anyone wanting a professional makeup for wedding or any event they have coming up.

I am a singer/performer from New Zealand. Sandra did my makeup when she recently visited here. As I have photoshoots from time to time we decided to play around with a couple different looks that are ideal for photoshoots. Sandra did an amazing job, she focused on things I wouldn't usually do myself and helped me understand what worked for my face and what didn't. I would definitely recommend her services. It was great to get some new and fresh inspiration.
