In 1997, since starting Silver Spoon Catering and Events, I have been successfully catering and planning one-of-a-kind private parties and corporate events in the New York Metropolitan area. In 1991, I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with honors, and I haven't stopped being creative with food or cooking ever since. I trained under some wonderful chefs in Connecticut and New York. I enjoy scouring the markets for unusual and new food. Being a "foodie" is a way of life, and when I plan a menu for you, I am bringing you my passion and expertise.
