- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two needs are a like so with open discussion will tailor work and fees. If over 30 minutes will need to include an extra fee including parking, tolls, time/ gas.

Listening to customers needs is first and most essential. That is where the conversation begins.
