I listen and have spent the last 20 or more years improving my workout for better health. I went from vibrant active senior in college to critical condition due to blood clots needing assistance from walking sitting and more. Six years later being diagnosed with Lupus, then knee and joint issues. I also was in a bad car accident in college as a passenger suffered cervical and lumbar issues. Through my desire and strong will I have tried everything and now know and understand what works because of my experience and the knowledge and masters I have studied with. People are amazed when they see how much energy I have and no need for prescription meds. Lets enter into discussion to empower you in your journey! Traveling, meeting people, sharing, wellness, improving health and awareness with ease. I have seen incredible results threw my studies and trainings. We all have a story and are important! No two needs are a like so with open discussion will tailor work and fees. If over 30 minutes will need to include an extra fee including parking, tolls, time/ gas.

Listening to customers needs is first and most essential. That is where the conversation begins.

An IIQTC certified approved Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader, Holden Qigong of Universal Healing Tao 250 3rd level Qigong and Tai Chi certified. Training since 2001 with local and international Masters and Grandmaster, doctors, Mindfulness Brain specialists and leaders Jon Cabat Zinn and Dr. Daniel Seigel and many more.
