FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job gets a written, itemized quote before any work starts, so you know the full price up front. For most projects we come out, look at the space, and send the quote after the visit. It covers labor plus all materials: we bring everything the job needs, including paint, primer, fixtures and hardware. If you've already bought materials, we'll use yours. Payment is split into stages, starting with a deposit when you sign and the balance tied to progress and completion, and it's spelled out in your quote. All of our work carries a one-year workmanship warranty. You can request a quote on our website, linked on this profile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call, text, or message us through Thumbtack with a quick description and a photo or two if you can. We set up an in-home visit to see the space, usually within 48 hours, and send a written quote after. Once you approve the quote, we put you on the schedule and confirm the arrival window the day before. We show up when we say we will and walk you through the finished work before we leave. Prefer to skip the back-and-forth? Use the quote request form on our website (linked on this profile). Send a few photos and we'll reach out to set up a visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully licensed NY contractor and fully insured for general liability and workers' comp. 15 years of hands-on residential experience across Westchester County. Our crew carries individual trade certifications in plumbing and electrical where required for the work we take on. Continuous training through manufacturer programs (GAF, Andersen, James Hardie, etc.) for the materials we specify most often.
