- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices may not be the cheapest, but remember you get what you pay for. With me you will get a professional who communicates and provide extraordinary service for my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I establish rapport by texting notifying them that I am able to help them with what they requested. We then figure out what time works best for them. Then I collect an address to confirm the appointment. Price is always discussed so it is not a surprise. Then my service will speak for itself because I value my customers to the highest degree.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In regards to loan signings I’ve taken and pass the NNA test. I have also taken and I am certified by the Loan Signing System Course.
