I called Magic Home Restoration after finding mold in my basement and Edward came to evaluate the very next day. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. Magic Home did an amazing job after I had a puffback in my home. They took care of the initial cleanup. Dealt with the insurance and got everyone else needed to get my house back to being my home. It made getting through this mess a lot easier

Mike and his crew were absolutely wonderful. We had a puff back and Mike was attentive and fielded all of my calls and questions. His crew was prompt , professional, and efficient. They were able to get to me right away. I even had an issue with my hardwood floors (not their fault) and they came back another time to ensure that the issue was that the floor needed to be replaced as a whole and not that they missed anything (they didnt, because I work from home so I was witness to their hard work). I would recommend Magic Restoration to anyone in a time of need. They truly make a stressful, confusing situation much easier. I appreciated their experience and professionalism in my time of need.

The diligence displayed by Magic Home Restoration in fixing my flooded floor and replacing the wooden flooring is worth giving a shout out. Thier advocacy for me with my insurance was outstanding. I recently had a pipe break in my attic.In sheer panic I called my plumber that we have used in the past and he came and fixed the pipe. The damage had been done already though. Luckily my plumber recommended magic home restoration.I checked them out on Google and their reviews were stellar.I called and mike(the owner) immediately answered the phone.He was friendly and answered all my questions.The team, Edward and Joe responded immediately!Edward was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me calm through the whole process.They brought in large machines, and removed all wet materials.In the end they took care of everything promptly, handled my contents with care, and left my home neat and cleanI could not be more happy with Magic home restorationI am thankful for them and would highly recommend them
