If the issue is hardware related, I can provide two prices (new or used part) depend on the availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first of all, provide the quote after get some info ( computer serial number, hardware or software issue, ..), then make a schedule to fix it after the quote acceptance.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of them are Apple computer users, because I'm an Apple Mac certified technician for 20 years.
