- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Chimney 360, our pricing is transparent and competitive. We offer flat-rate pricing for most services and never surprise our customers with hidden fees. Seasonal discounts and package deals are available, especially for first-time clients and multi-service appointments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation or online request to understand the issue. Then we schedule an in-person visit to inspect the chimney or fireplace. After assessing, we provide a detailed quote, explain the process, and begin work once you approve—always keeping safety and cleanliness a priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are CSIA-certified (Chimney Safety Institute of America) and trained in NFPA Code 211 standards. We regularly attend industry workshops and use the latest tools and methods for inspections, cleanings, repairs, and fireplace installations.
