- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Special discounts for senior citizens, veterans. As a GC, I am very transparent about my pricing structure (fixed bid, cost-plus, T&M), I explain how i factor quality materials, skilled labor, insurance, and overhead into your costs, clearly detail all fees (permits, management, profit margin, change orders), and i am always upfront about discounts. I build trust and manage expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet to understand the client’s vision, budget, timeline, and scope. Share credentials, licensing, insurance, and past projects. I visit the project site to assess existing conditions.I take measurements and gather detailed project requirements.I Develop a detailed estimate with line items (materials, labor, permits).I Present a comprehensive contract covering scope, payment schedule, change order process, and timelines.I Finalize design documents (if needed). Secure permits and approvals, Develop a project plan, including risk management and quality control. Hold a meeting with the client and key team members (foreman). Establish communication protocols and set expectations. I Manage employees , materials, and schedules. Provide regular progress updates and handle change orders promptly. Conduct a final walkthrough with the client for punch list items (minor fixes). Ensure client satisfaction and complete final payments. The core focus throughout is building trust through transparency, reliability, and clear communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor with 19 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. My formal training includes a degree in Construction Management from state university of farming dale, which provided a strong foundation in construction principles, management, and safety standards. In addition to my degree, I hold several professional certifications to stay current with industry best practices and regulations. These include: OSHA Safety Certification 10-hour/30-hour Demonstrates my commitment to maintaining safe jobsites and compliance with federal safety protocols. I’m Certified Construction Manager (CCM) / LEED Accreditation, which Highlights my expertise in efficient planning, sustainable building practices, or project oversight. My practical experience involves supervising a wide range of projects, from residential remodels to commercial builds, ensuring high-quality results and clear communication with clients every step of the way. This combination of formal education, certifications, and real-world experience allows me to manage complex projects effectively and deliver exceptional results.
