- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three standard wedding packages with a number of options to suit every budget. We are happy to work within our clients' budgets and are therefore flexible..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to all the specific details of a wedding day, getting to know the timeline, and learning what our clients want the most out of their photography. When a client decides to book with us, we do so by contract which protects both the client and us. We guarantee that we will always be the photographer on your wedding day and will not subcontract or outsource your images for post-production. We are happy to sit down with new clients to go over every detail of our agreement before signing. Typically, before booking, we will let our clients see samples of our photo products, which includes albums, canvases, meta prints, custom cards, guest books. If our clients want to turn their wedding photography into photo art for their home, we will take into consideration where they want to display the artwork and advise them on size, media types, and a variety of presentation options.

We are both lifelong photographers, with experience in commercial photography and advertising.
