A little about David Belinquete: He has over 15 years of construction experience. Also, added years of experience as a handyman. Worked on several $100+ million jobs, with Metro-North, the New Cuomo Bridge, the Bud extension of the 7 line in NYC. He is an active local proud union member since 2010. Certified in many construction course, OSHA 30/10, Confined space, Safty Traffic control, First Aid/CPR/AED certified, Hoist and Rigging, DEC erosion control training, to name a few. We are neat and organized and always aim to satisfy all of our clients needs. We speak English, Portuguese and Spanish.

When using a free site to search for contractors, I find it unprofessional tell a potential customer how much you paid to accept my inquiry. If this is not something you want to pursue, don’t accept it and spend whatever it is you do to have this service provided to you.

We gather the requirements over the phone and then makes site visit if needed. We prepare work & cost estimate as per the requirements and after the finalisation we start the work as per the payment & project plan.
