FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first of all interview the client to find out if his or her project is a good fit for my skill set. If it is, then I will go into nailing down the details of the project, which I will translate into a contract, and a time and payment schedule. Once the contract is finalized and signed, and the schedule of work and payment is set in stone, a retainer fee has been received, work will commence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Industrial/Product Design, and a bachelors in Architecture. I've also had several years of rigorous training in Graphic Design, and over the past few years, I have gotten some Marketing education and training.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know what you want, and be open to possibilities at the same time. Employ a designer who you can trust, loves good design, and has your interest at heart, and not just your wallet. If not, you'll end up spending more money by doing the work all over again.
