3 step approach: 1a)Listening/Observation and needs assessment, establish clear measurable goals 1b)Action plan (can be a business plan, sales-marketing plan, coaching agreement etc.) 2) Implementation (workshop, study, coaching, business development depending on client's needs) 3) Evaluation/feedback (at each milestone)
