- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer tiered pricing to accommodate the budgets of all businesses—large, small, established, and startup. There are three factors that affect our pricing: (1) Number of images, (2) editing/retouching, and (3) time frame. Projects start at $60 for 1 finished image.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to provide the best service to new customers, it is helpful for us to know: (1) How many images you would like, (2) if you may require significant editing, and (3) your desired time frame. If you don't have all of this information—don't worry. We can work with you, or your communications/PR team, to help determine your photography needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jessica Gordon is the principal photographer at JSG Photo. She has been active in commercial and product photography since 2011. Jessica holds an M.S. from Columbia University and a B.S. in cinema and photography from the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College.
