Rachel and her team (Jose and Kate) were incredible. Our photos are stunning, they were thoughtfully curated and full of the heart of our day. Even on a quick first pass, we could see how beautifully everything was captured. Words cannot truly encapsulate what a wonderful artist Rachel is for how she captured our wedding. She makes you feel relaxed with her direction and adapts effortlessly to your comfort level. Shes experienced, and it shows when and how she shoots. Nothing about her process comes off as stale - as multiple picture taking (especially family portraits) can be prone to feel like. Shes full of life and energy and has this magical way of making anyone in her frame present their best self, which is all reflected in the loving moments she captures. Further, she blends into the background seamlessly, never making it seem like there is a lurking photographing presence.Regarding the quality of her pictures, Rachel has a keen eye for detail and a wonderful sense of composition. Candid, joyous pictures end up looking like they could have been meticulously crafted. We watched her photograph in multiple rooms with various sources and levels of light, and each shot was perfectly executed.
