Hello! My name is Tiffani and I have been a dog groomer for 6 years. I am currently transitioning out of corporate grooming to service clients in home! I have over a decade of experience with animals including 3 years of dog training and some time volunteering at animal shelters. I wish I could choose all 5 qualities because that's what we receive every grooming experience we have with Tiffani. Tiffani knows what we like for our Shihpoo Jazzy and she gets it right every time. Tiffani is great with Jazzy and I've seen her work with other dogs and she's attentive, gentle and takes great care with them. She makes the grooming experience the best for both the dogs and their owners. I highly recommend Tiffani, she's does great work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at $110 which includes travel fee, bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, sanitary trimming, perfume, and a haircut of your choosing. If your dog has any matting, there will be an additional cost which varies based upon the severity. Other add ons to your service include nail grinding, teeth brushing, anal gland expression, ear plucking, etc and will be priced accordingly. Everything that is needed for the service will be supplied by me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually when working with a new client we would discuss what type of dog you have and your specific needs and preferences for your groom. For example, any health or behavioral issues, any sensitivities or allergies, the condition of the coat, how the dog has done for previous grooming sessions, etc. My goal is to find out everything I need to make you and your pet comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a mandatory 8 week academy to learn the basics, techniques, and safety protocols of dog grooming. After that was finished, I did a 6 month probationary period and technical to ensure that I was prepared to groom on my own. I have also worked with a lot of master groomers who have been grooming for 16+ years and more. They have taught me so many things that you can only learn through hands-on field experience.
